For Standard Shipping, we ship most orders USPS. If you require a tracking number, choose one of the UPS services. We cannot ship UPS packages to a P.O. Box; if you enter a P.O. Box. Some items cannot be shipped via expedited services or to APO addresses or outside the Continental United States, we will notify you by e-mail if this occurs.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For UPS 3 day or orders for items in stock and received by 12:00 p.m. MST will usually be shipped that day. For UPS 3 day or orders placed after 12:00 p.m. MST, do not count the day you order, begin counting on the next UPS business day (do not include weekends or any holidays). For example, if you place an order at 12:00 p.m. MST today and request next day air, you should receive it the next business day. If you ordered UPS 3 Day, you would begin counting tomorrow.
Note: Expedited services may not be available for some oversize items, for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or to APO addresses.
In some cases all or a portion of your order may be sent directly from the product manufacturer. If this is the case, expedited shipping services may not available and the product may not be able to be shipped to APO, FPO, Alaska or Hawaii shipping addresses. Tracking and delivery information may not be available immediately and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Important Expedited Services Note: If you choose one of the UPS Expedited Services it is often extremely expensive. Our shipping tables reflect charges you will incur for purchases up to $199.99, however, there are times when the shipping tables may not charge enough to cover the cost - if the charge will be higher than shown on the order form we will notify you by e-mail before we proceed. By choosing any UPS Expedited Service you are acknowledging the price may be high and agree to pay this shipping charge. There are times when the shipping charge greatly exceeds the amount that auto calculates during checkout. In this case we will attempt to contact you before we proceed with the order.
Orders to Alaska , Hawaii , Puerto Rico , and APO Addresses all ship U.S. Postal Service or Parcel Post. We will attempt to notify you of any additional charges by e-mail or phone before proceeding, however if you do not respond immediately your order will be sent at the higher charge. Sorry, we do not ship to foreign countries.
Most orders for in-stock items ship within one business day. Large quantity orders may take longer. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation copy of the entire order. It is important that you review this verification completely as UPS now charges $5.00 for address corrections which would be passed on to you.
Special Note Regarding Coupons, Special Offers & Shipping: Occasionally we have online promotions which involve discounts on merchandise or on the total value of the order; these promotions do not apply to shipping charges which are computed based on the full value of the item or items chosen. To be eligible for an online promotion you must actually place your order online along with any promotion code; phone and mail orders do not qualify for online promotions.
Returns & Exchanges
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE RETURN POLICY!
A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNS. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the returnee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may* be returned within 15 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs and restocking fee, or for a store credit or exchange less the shipping costs and restocking fee. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.
Please note, We are not a rental company. Due to the high rate of costly returns from production companies, movie sets, theaters etc., all sales are final to such companies. We are happy to service you on a NO RETURNS basis.
You must follow these steps to return or exchange:
Contact our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1.888.9WAITER or e-mail to info@waitstuff.com . We will issue you a return number (RMA Number) VIA EMAIL that is to be placed on the outside of the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging, with all tags in place. Items must me unworn and in perfect condition. Items must come from a non-smoking environment. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the address provided in your RMA e-mail.
Please note, we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
* Some items are non-returnable including but not limited to tuxedo shirts that have been unpackaged.
**We are not responsible for lost or mis-labeled packages. We recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking and/or insurance as well as follow your return instructions carefully.
Please note that Custom, altered, and special order merchandise are not returnable. This includes hemmed pants and printed merchandise. . We can not accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale.
